Are you experiencing any service issues on your device due to your signal issue? Are you aware of other Verizon customers experiencing the same issue? Is the reception issue occurring indoors or outdoors?

i looked at your zip, are you in a remote area + it depends where you are in relation to the towers??
being close to a tower doesn't mean good reception unless you're in front of the tower.
what works well on one phone may not work as well on a different brand
