How do I remove the system update notification w/out doing the update? Updates always totally mess up my phone set up.

Thank you for reaching out to us today. We can certainly understand having some concerns about completing the software update. I will say that the updates are indeed meant to enhance the experience of your device. The notification will remain until the update is completed. Because this is a system notification, it will not allow you to remove the update notice.
