I had that problem since day 1 and all I now use is the speakerphone

Hi Nickjr and Plaincz,

 

I understand your frustration with the fact that callers tell  you that your voice fades in and out on the call. I know it is not always convenient to use your speakerphone. I would like to provide you with some information as well as ask you some questions. 

 

Does this happen on every call?

Do you notice a pattern when it does happen? (always in a specific area, always a certain caller)

Can you hear the other party, or does their voice fade in and out?

Nickjr said it has been happening since day one, but Plaincz, when did this start happening for you?

 

I would like to let you both know that an update for the Fascinate was released today, July 28th. This update is not to the Gingerbread software, but is an update from the manufacturer that is a fix for some issues with the Fascinate. To perform the update, please visit:
