i cant send anyone and everyone pictures slideshows and videos no problem but every time someone sends me one its says downloading every time and its never downloads i have a text from a friend from 4 days ago who sent me a MMS and it still says its downloading???
Try doing a soft reset on the device.
Soft Reset
Press the Power key.
Touch Power off.
Touch OK.
Then remove and reinstall the battery and power on device.
Then dial *228 send and option 2 on the device to update the PRL.
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
