unknown numbers on wifes text

checking bill and I see 9999999999 sent from her and she receives 0000287898. Is she sending blocked number and is she receiving some partially blocked number?

287898 is a Short Code text from CVS Pharmacy.  US Short Codes can be searched at  https://usshortcodedirectory.com/directory/?fwp_sort=brand_asc
