I have a s21 ultra 5g (SM-G998U1) i bought it off a friend and i have been looking to unlock the bootloader but the OEM UNLOCK is missing i have contacted samsung support they told me its locked by carrier so i have to contact Verizon for help i have tried calling their number but it always says service is closed can anyone help me out what should i do.... btw i dont have an account here account number or the things the bot asks me on the phone i live in another country not USA i have no clue what they are asking me i would appreciate a little help i really need to unlock it
