I don't know what I did, but I can't do anything with my Samsung keyboard without Unlocking my phone? I have no idea how to do that.
Hello, mejudy. We know how important having a working phone can be. Try using this troubleshooting step fix the keyboard issue. Press and hold volume down & power button for at least 8 seconds to reboot your phone. Then check to see if the keyboard issue has been resolved. *Cassie
