I use to have verizon wireless a few year ago and have switched to t-mobile. I tried to sign back into verizon cloud to download my old pictures that I use to have. I noticed that there not there or I'm going about it wrong. Is there a way for me to download my old photos that I have under my verizon cloud account? I appreciate your help and time. Thank you!

Prior to disconnecting your Verizon service or porting out your phone number from Verizon, you'll need to complete your profile within the Verizon Cloud app with a valid email address and password, so that we can send you instructions to reactivate your Cloud account after you've left Verizon.
It's very important to complete this step prior to disconnecting or porting out your phone number, otherwise you won’t be able to access your Verizon Cloud content.
You'll also need to set up payment information on the Verizon Cloud website to continue using your Verizon Cloud account on a different carrier. This step must be completed within 30 days of your disconnect from Verizon service. After 30 days, your Verizon Cloud content will no longer be available to restore.

Thank you for reaching out. It is always good to know your options when restoring your data. In this case, unless you transferred the photos to an active VZ Cloud account, the content would be lost unless you created Cloud for Life paid subscription, as the free version is no longer available. Did you have a paid membership once you ended your service with us?
