voice to text

Galaxy S7 Messenger+ 
This just started today and I don't know why. when I push the microphone icon to use voice to text it starts up then shuts off right away, it beeps then beeps twice to shut off, What is going on and how do I fix it?

Hi

My phone was not powering off. It was the voice to text that was powering off.

I have fixed the problem..

This is what I did. I clicked on the settings icon next to the microphone icon on the keyboard then I went to reset default settings.

Then I clicked on reset keyboard settings. And clear personal data.

This fixed my problem.
