I have been with company for 8 years and this winter bought a new note 3,and some [removed] rewrote software and the phone lost signal strength being very [removed] one day I drop phone breaking screen and lcd board...so best buy Samsung girl told me my phone was not a good phone because of age of note 3.. told her phone wasn't even 6 months old. well what ever! I ended up with a 2 year contract witch I didn't want and now a phone I can't use in my trailer I am [removed] new phone and all . I NEED A BOOSTER AND I THINK YOU SHOULD BE RESONSIBLE TO INSTALL FREE OF COST.

I am in 44425 area code.. sitting in trailer I have 1/2 bar signal , ..most time the phone never rings or do text come threw. If a call comes threw It drop constant I have to go out side and stand in the road way,this is crazy 200 am standing outside to talk to girl friend.....I need a booster..
We do want to ensure you are able to use that new device. Just to clarify, is it a Note 3 or Note 4 that you have? Has signal been poor there since you got the device? Did you have signal issues before you upgradde to this device? Do you know if anyone else near you have the same issues?

No just the note phones 3 and 4.....sitting in my house I can't talk on my flipping phone I NEED A BOOSTER SENT TO ME.
You can purchase a network extender from the Verizon Wireless website. As far as I know, they don't give out free extenders.

They have provided free signal boosters/extenders to people I know that were persistent and vocal enough with complaints about there reception.

yes if you make enough stink they will....I don't want to pay 200.00 to 300.00 to boost their signal
that verizon people say they are the best until they have to deal with their crap..then you will see I am was good with verizon but...you should change companies before it is too late or do not get stick with their two year contract to give you the right to leave when u get fed up
I have dealt with much crap....from ALL carriers. Red is my favorite color so why not stay?
I never did to be honest the reason i got to verizon was becuse the eft when I got marry I was with tmobile no contract but my wife was a verizon with contract. Since i switch to verizon i have lost even my hair. It is not only bad cs but clueless people to talk too.
On top of that i made the mistake to put my parents on the line . Can wait to switch back to tmobile and get it off verizon even i get 22 percent off i pay and arm on a leg for their crappy service.

I have been Red, Yellow, Orange, Burnt Orange and Magenta. I rarely need customer service and when I do I know the avenues to take. So, the coverage is what I deem necessary right now and my plan fits me for the same price as I paid with Burnt Orange.
Metal doesn't play well with signal reception. Your trailer is covered in aluminum and other metals. Verizon is not responsible for signal inside structures. If anything, they strive to improve outside signal, but guarantee nothing in the end. However, if you had signal before and do not now, that is an issue worth investigating. Yet, if you did not have signal when you signed up, then that is on you.
yes I had great signal strength with my LG phones I had a few of the marauder with no issues...
