You can't. Samsung would have to change the software code first.

Hello JazzyOBabe. I know it's important to have your screen lock and phone display set up to your preference! The great news is that you can certianly change the amount of time that you screen stays on. This can be done via Settings>Display>Screen Timeout. You can choose timeframes between 15 seconds - 10 minutes!

That doesn't affect how long the lock screen stays on; as noted earlier, the length of time that particular screen stays on cannot be changed.

Your lock screen can be disable and you can use a home screen only. But this can be hard on battery life if on to long. Also I would keep my lock screen on if I were you as it's a safety gate.
