Woke up and both husbands and my phones can not make or receive calls. We have the message you can only make emergency calls because you are not registered on a network when trying to call. Husband has been on phone with customer service for 45 min already trying to fix error.
Needless to say we are very angry. How can we get this fixed!!!

If multiple phones in the same location using Verizon are in SOS, it is not a device issue, but a network problem. Hopefully the OP has gotten their service restored as of now, since it was a few days ago when they made their post.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
