When calling my house phone that isnt through Verizon, It says "your call can not be completed as dialed please check the number and try again" its very frustrating and it happens to friends and family that try calling our house.
Sometimes it will take close to an hours to finally get through. And it dont just happen in certain spots i call from ive had it happen in several places.
We always want to make sure that you're able to make calls and stay connected. Please tell us, what is your zip code? Does this only happen when you dial your house phone? To be sure, when did this first start happening?
