I currently have 2 just kids plans with 2 unlimited data plans. Why am I being charged 9.99 for a service that should be included with the just kids plan. When i call to remove the charge, they also remove me(Parent) from the plan. Then i have to redo everything for the beginning again.
Please help!
Are the unlimited plans you have from the current plan options or from the retired plans?
