Can I save text messages somewhere else?

Can I copy and save my text messages somewhere other than on my phone?  Like an email? or document?  I need to save them and be able to print them out.  Thanks, any help is appreciated.  Kim

you can forward them to an email account

or there are third party applications that should allow you to archive them and print them

If you have a smartphone, there is an app SMS Backup, that will send every text sent and received to a email account. (No images tho)
