How to change your My Verizon app's language from Spanish to English (using Android, might work for iOS)

At the bottom of the screen, tap

Mi Cuenta

Enter your Verizon password and tap

Ingresar

(If it asks you: ¿Quieres activar Touch/Face ID? tap Ahora no)

Under "Hola nuevamente" at the top, tap

Edita tu perfili y configuración

Scroll down and tap

Cambiar el idioma a Inglés

Tap the button at the bottom that says

Cambiar a Inglés

En la parte inferior de la pantalla, toca

Account

Ingresa tu contraseña de Verizon y toca

Sign In

(Si te pregunta "Want to turn on Touch/Face ID?" toca  "Not now")
