I put the Cloud on my PC so I could save my photos and files from my PC to the Cloud and access them from there also and it CRASHED my PC! I have now lost YEARS worth of work! Has anyone else had this happen? WHY did Cloud CRASH my PC??? This should not have happened!

I just did it last night so whatever app was available yesterday from Verizon for download on a PC. My screen is completely black now.
I am so sorry to hear of any issues with your PC. Is this your PC screen that is black? Was the download successful for the Verizon Cloud companion app?
