Does family base need to be installed on other device to control usage? I have 4 but only want to control 2.

Family Base is a great way to control usage, and also help avoid unwanted  charges. Since the limits are set by the system, the app isn't a must. Settings can be put in place via My Verizonw. Here is a link with additional details: http://spr.ly/65858J6vR;
