Our organization is considering using the EMAG service. We have read through the handbook and looked at the FAQ's. A couple of things are not clear to us and are important requirements to our organization. Can someone use a cell phone to send a common text message to a group? Can anyone receiving the group message reply and will the reply go out to the entire group?
The user guide shows a how to send messages, but only from within the web application. Can messages be sent to the groups without using the web app?
