I secured Family Base for my family; unfortunately, when I got a new iPhone for my 15 year old son I cannot change his account to a child role because it is "greyed" in. What can I do?

Family Base is a great service we offer, and I'd be happy to help you with your son's line! To clarify, when logging in to My Verizon, does it list you as the Account Holder or Account Manager? Was your son's previous line on Family Base and what model phone did he have? Please provide me with some additional details so I can assist.

Hi Christina,
We added the Family Plan this past Saturday to our account when we took our 15 year old in to upgrade to an iPhone from an LG Octane. We had previously not had this plan. When I go to change his line from an adult to a child, it will not allow me to do that because a gray checkmark (which cannot be changed) shows him as an adult. I am the account owner and my cell # is >>removed<< Thank you.
