Family Base wifi problems

this is my first full month with Family Base on my account. Three kids have iPhone 7 and two iPhone SE. Since I've added the service they are constantly kicked off of wifi and burning through data. Why does this happen?

Patricles, I apologize for the issues your kids are experiencing with their data usage and Wi-Fi connections. Family Base is a great feature to have. Family Base does not interfere with Wi-Fi connections. I am confident that we can resolve the issues they are having with their data usage and their Wi-Fi connection. Do they have the Wi-Fi assist setting on (White)? Settings>Cellular>Wi-Fi Assist. What software does each service have? Settings>General>Software update.
