Family Base, wrong time

I recently added the Family Base feature on my sons Windows phone because he kept going over the data limits.  I've also put time restrictions, 9 p.m. - 6 a.m. on weekdays but have been receiving alerts which show he is texting after 10:30 p.m.  That's highly doubtful because my son charges his phone in the kitchen and goes to bed around 9 p.m.  Also, I am a night owl who goes to bed around 11-midnight so I KNOW he doesn't use his phone at that time.  What's up with that?  Could the times shown on the alert be incorrectly showing the morning hours instead of the nighttime hours?  His phone clock is correct so I don't understand why this would happen.

This is happening in my Family Base as well. It shows that I called my son at 4:00am, when in fact my phone doesn't show a call was made, even by accident. There seems to be erroneous data in the Family Base. I would be careful how you monitor and/or control. I use it at a tool to open discussion with my kids, knowing that it may be incorrect. Maybe since your post is 3 months old and Verizon hasn't answered, they are aware of the problem but don't care to reply.
