GIFs not sending

sending gif getting message not sent: invalid destination address

I have:

1. rebooted the phone.
2. Disables and enabled the SIM card.
3. Removed and replaced the SIM card
4. Cleared cache.
5. Disabled 5G
6. Turned on and then off airplane mode

I have also tried Textra messaging app

Updated my phone to the latest
