How do I file an official complaint?

On 1/10/2023 I called Verizon and spoke with the billing department in regards to charges I was previously advised would be removed. There was an additional issue regarding an email I received while on a call with a different billing representative on 12/28/2022. The call was handled very unprofessionally by Lisa, the Billing Supervisor. I’ve asked for contact information to the Billing department’s leadership and have been turned down stating they don’t provide that information. I believe all calls are recorded, and I’m hoping leadership will reach out to me and pull the call from 1/10. I was simply being a concerned customer and needing clarification about my bill. There was no reason for the supervisor to be rude and mock my concern. If anyone has information on how I can file a complaint, please let me know. Thank you
