ALT + CTRL + DEL and go to task manager then click on start up. You can also right click the program in the task tray near the clock and choose to disable auto start.

Disable or uninstall. If you use another app for messaging, disable VM+. If you use VM+, you need it to start with the phone.

I don't want to remove it completely. I just don't want it to start automatically when I start my computer. I'm referring to the desktop app on my computer.
