I blocked a phone number of a girl my husband works with, but she somehow is still sending texts through an email address...which shows up on the bill as 000-000-6245. Is there a way to block this from happening? Because my husband is able to respond through the text and it shows up as going to her cell phone number, which should be blocked.

Try this link
My Verizon Online Sign In - Verizon Wireless
Otherwise search for internet spam blocking in the I Want To box once logged in
There are check boxes for block all text messages sent from email and block all text messages sent from web.
Or you can block specific email addresses if you think that would work for your situation.

These messages sent via email must be a significant source of revenue for Verizon. They have limited the blocking to 90 days. If you don't reset the blocks after 90 days Verizon is once again making money by allowing your message service to be spammed.
