I am not receiving some but not all messages from a short code. When i contacted the provider they send me received logs verifying date and times. What is the next step in the process to figure this out?

I am not receiving some but not all messages from a short code. When i contacted the provider they send me received logs verifying date and times.  What is the next step in the process to figure this out?

Sorry to read of these troubles for one of our customers. We would like to offer assistance with this. From what I have read, they sent you a log of sent and received messages? is this correct?
