Help! I am receiving text messages under the messages envelope on my 4G Jetpack but have never given out the number nor do I have text messaging on the Jetpack. Anyone know how to delete the ones I do have and how to stop anymore from getting on my Jetpack? PS My area doesn't have 4G so I am still on 3G until early October (I hope!).
Actually Jetpacks come with texting. Never have understood why. But the number you received most likely belonged to someone else 3-6 months ago.
You will need to call tech support to help you get into the settings to block them.
