Also, If you are using a Blackberry, Windows phone or 3G phone, messages sent From the PC, Web and Tablet will not show on the phone, but the responses will show on both the Phone, PC, Web and Tablet.
If that is not your issue, then please check if your devices are properly connected to your mobile device:
Is your Tab/PC device linked to your mobile?
On the mobile, Go to:
Main Menu
Settings
Select ‘Manage Devices’. If your Tab/PC is listed, you are linked. If not, you are not linked.
If not linked, please uninstall and reinstall on the Tab/PC so you can re-do the start up process. Distinct security codes will be sent to your phone for the Tab and/or PC device as part of the start up process.
