Ever since the last upgrade when I save a voice mail them try and retrieve it they are missing. Also when I save it I get this message saved in my files device storage.

Let's get back your important voicemails. What type of upgrade was preformed? What type of make/model device are you using? When was the last time you were able to hear the messages?
