I purchased a simple basic talk/text flip phone Kyocera that the associate said would be compatible with the family base feature. It will not load the app on the phone however. Is there another way to add the app to this phone? It has internet service so I would think it would be able download the app...

We want to ensure that you are able to manage your usage with FamilyBase, Sabotage. While certain basic devices are not compatible with the FamilyBase companion app, they are still eligible for the feature. This means that by using your My Verizon account, you can set allowance limits and restrict time using My Verizon. Was there something specific other than setting allowances that you wanted to do with the companion app?
