When I try to click on the web app button, I get this error message "Server Error This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log."

It was the web app for Messenger that was not working for me. I fixed the problem by clearing my browser history. It is working now. Thank you for the follow up.
