Is there a way to suspend services on a phone at a certain time each day?

I am a parent looking for a way to suspend services on a phone at the same time each day then turn the services back on in the morning.  Is there an app or a way to set this up through Verizon?

Have you looked at parental controls?  It can be set up on-line via your MyVerizon account.  It costs $4.99 per month.
