I am getting a junk voicemail. When I pick it up, it directs me to leave a message, on my own voicemail. How do I stop this message from being created. I get one everyday. I cannot delete it unless it is about 12 hours old.

cnjones45, thank you for the information. We would like to gather more information to better assist. Does this problem seem to be related to receiving spam calls? Is there any pattern to the call, such as the call comes in at the same time every day?
