I need an Engineer or someone to explain to me why my LG phone did not show up on a cell tower dump showing location. When I called 911 they triangulate my position to within 1 ft. Yet there is no location data on cell towers. My phone was on and active.

We want to make sure your phone is showing up however it needs to. I know how crucial that is. Can you provide more details about what you mean by a cell tower dump though? How are you working to check the location of that?
