For the past 3 days, I haven't been receiving text messages through the standard messaging app on my Motorola Razr HD. I download the Verizon Message app yesterday and it seems to be working okay, but I apparently missed a few important texts from the days before. I did try to click "Retreive Messages" on the Verizon app, but nothing happens. Is there any way to get those messages, am I missing something, or I am I really this technologically challenged?
Boomer119 rest assure, you're doing everything right! Lets take a look and see what options are available. Any available messages will restore in the Verizon Messages app so we'll need to try a few other steps. Have you tried to reset the standard messaging app in effort to retrieve the messages?
