Message Overseas

How do I use Message+ when overseas? I’ve been trying for hours to set it up but it won’t let me generate an authorization code from my phone.  All I get are error messages. 

Why won’t it generate an authorization code

I’ve also tried the website and the Verizon app but  nothing will allow me to get all my messages, just a selected few. 

when traveling internationally, I need to be able to access SMS messages that are sent to my US phone number to access certain online accounts (ie: one-time codes, two-factor authorization codes, etc)

However, when I travel I remove my Verizon SIM and purchase a SIM for the country I will be in.

You would need an international plan option with us on the line, to receive that incoming text from us to authorize your sign in for Message+. Our team is here to help troubleshoot that sign in with you, please PM us.
