On the messages+ website (I can't get the app to work at all on ANY of my devices). Someone sends me a link to a website, and it appears only as text, not a hyperlink that opens. I can't even copy & paste it!

@brothertrimble Actually, click on the 'three line' icon upper right to see post options and select 'Not the Solution' to reverse your unintended 'Correct Answer'.

Any answer to the link problem yet? I am using my Pixel 3 phone and hasn't worked for about 2 weeks.

Nope. Crickets....
It seems to be the Verizon website, as it behaves equally on every platform (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Silk) that I use.

Let's continue working together to get this matter resolved. Apps (e.g., Message +), like device, occasionally update. Have you checked the Message + app to view its updated version? Here's how
1. Open/access the Message + app.
2. In the upper left-hand corner, tap the three horizontal lines.
3. Scroll down to Settings.
4. At the bottom of the display, you'll be able to view the Message + app version. It'll display as follows:
Verizon Messages version:

To be clear, are you asking me to do this from within the downloaded app? Because it works; and I could not find the version you're requesting on the message+ website. Recall that it's the website that doesn't work, not the app.

Two weeks is far too long RBoyle. Let's turn this around. Can you tell us more about what is happening in your specific case? When did this first start?

Hi, there! Thank you for all your patience. I want to make sure this is resolved for you. Please try uninstalling, and reinstalling the Message+ application. If that doesn't fix the issue with the app, the next step will be to report a bug. You can do this through the app itself, or through the App Store available on your OS. See instructions below.
Through Message+:
- Open the Message+ app.
- Click Menu > Get Help > Report a bug.
Through App Store/Page:
Visit the app and selecting the option to email the developer:
- App page on the Play Store for Android devices
- App Store for iOS devices
Once that is complete, keep your eyes open for an update for Message+.

I'm feeling completely misunderstood. Once again, to be clear, the APP works well enough. I use the messenger+ WEBSITE more though and THAT's what's not working. Please read my previous posts for more detail
