I have noticed recently that some of my contacts are not receiving my text messages. Others are going through with no problem. The ones that are not going through don't change from "sent" to "delivered". This just started happening recently. I am using Verizon Messages+ on a Galaxy S21 Ultra with all current updates installed. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks!

This has been happening for months. How is this not resolved yet? This is legitimately causing work communication issues, especially as there is no notification or way to tell if a message is sent. If this is not resolved asap, I will be changing carriers.

We value your loyalty and definitely wouldn't want to see you leave the Verizon family. I know how important it is that you can count on your texts to go through. How often do you have issues of messages not being delivered? Is it an issue with specific people you message, or with everyone?

I am having the same issue, not sure how long it's been happening, no way to know that people are NOT getting text if its not an ongoing conversation. But for sure the last few days people are not getting at least 1/3 of my texts!

Is this happening when sending texts to Androids only or any phone?

Not really sure. I know that at least one is an iPhone. I think it's just with a few of my contacts. My brother was one of them not receiving. I called him and had him text me and it came through. Then I replied and he received it. Now he seems to be receiving all of them. Strange! So I tried the same thing with some others and they seem to be fixed as well.

If the issue was on your end then your phone would say not delivered. I understand being concerned, but am glad it seems to be better now. Was this your only concern?

Yes, this was my only concern. Seems odd though that the issue would be with those recipients, but yet they haven't had any issues with receiving texts from any of their other contacts.
