Messaging plus app with Verizon has serious issues

Galaxy 22 ultra. Sending pictures even in the portrait mode go sideways. Also when replying to text with talk to text it always stops working after the first word and sometimes the second. Always. I’ve tried different troubleshooting to find the root of the problem and it’s messaging +. I have since removed the Verizon message plus app and Using the Samsung messaging app. (Verizon) at one time contacted me but they eventually never got back to me to do further troubleshooting. I see this is an ongoing issue for maybe two years. Come on people! Let’s get this resolved

For issues with the app, please open up the Menu in the app and choose Get Help>Report a Bug and then provide the issue being experienced. Why don't you remotely log on instead of jacking up his photos anymore to get you screenshots and video of what is going on? Just asking... Oh, that's right you can not this is just chat...

That literally never works. You guys never respond, and I still have the exact same issue. When you try to get help you are forced through a ton of automation that never, and I mean never, gets you to a live person to help.

I have done that several times. Meaning more than a dozen. I’ve done my own troubleshooting and it’s down to it’s the app working with Samsung 22 ultra

I am not going away. I want these issues fixed on this very expensive phone. I use the Verizon messaging app and there are two major issues. When replying to a text via voice to text it stops recording after the first word. Every single time. Secondly if I take a photo in portrait mode and then attach it to a text message, again using the Verizon messaging app it goes landscape. The only way I have discovered to fix this is to edit the photo very slightly for example may be crop it a micrometer. Save it and then it will attach correctly. This is unacceptable because you have to remember to go in and edit every single portrait Style photo to send it via Verizon messaging correctly. This only happens with the Verizon messaging plus app and again in case you didn’t get it the first time it’s on the Samsung ultra 22

Is the question you have directed towards me? If so, yes. I use Google Messages and have no issues. If not directed towards me, well good luck with any of the Verizon Apps, I feel they are nothing but pure junk and not able to keep up with the software and/or hardware the manufactures of the devices are putting out.

I have the Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra and having a similar issue. When people send me pictures, more than one at a time they will come in thumbnails size and they are blurry. If they send them one at a time they are fine. Verizon is making major overhaul to the messaging at pretty much making it text only and it's time to be looking elsewhere for a messaging app. Had used the Samsung app in the past and I'm assuming that the reason I have not been using it lately is that it was full of bugs. I'll find out if they have fixed issues that caused me to go back to the Verizon messaging Plus app.
