Was there something changed to text messanger + and emojis on Android? I can't access the emoji options anymore because stickers,etc. keep popping up using the emoji option next to my texts. There is no place to go straight to the regular emojis. My frequently used section has disappeared too! What's going on with this and why did it suddenly change? I'm totally frustrated and hate these new options!!! Anyone else having trouble finding the bottom section to go directly to the emojis too?
Kdogsmomma, I depend on my messaging service to work right. What model phone do you have? Is the app up to date? Any changes made to your devices such as new apps or software update?

I have a Moto Z play. I've kept both the Motorola and the Verizon Messanger+ apps up to date. So I have no idea where this change to the Verizon Messanger+ app was made. I don't see how a Motorola update would effect a Verizon app? Especially because I'm a Verizon customer. Regardless, I'm getting REALLY frustrated with this Verizon issue everytime I use it now! UGH! I hope somebody/anybody can give me some answers on what the problem is.

Making sure you can use everything you need in your app is a big deal. We want to make sure this app works flawlessly for you. To confirm, what steps are you taking to try and access the emojis in this app? Can you provide some more details about what shows up when you access that?
