I've been trying to recycle my device, but have never received the box that should have been sent already. When I go to this link, the system is always 'unavailable.' Please advise. Thank you.
I'm in the same boat. Received email for Trade-in confirmation 10/13. Received phone 10/14.
Phone has to be returned within 30 days of receipt of new phone.
Is this Verizon's way of screwing us out of the trade-in credit by deliberately withholding the recycle package?
I went to the link from the email and requested the package again. 7-10 days.
How convenient that you can't chat on the trade-in contact page and the submission status is always down.
This is as bad as Obamacare.
