I have an iPhone 7 and iPad 4 mini and notifications for new messages always showed the name or phone number of the sender and first line of the message text. Now, I only see the phone number (no name) and “You have a new message”. I have to now open the app to see the message itself. This is annoying and not at helpful. What happened??
Oh wow, jbweb316. This is not good. We know how important your messages are to you. We certainly want to make sure this feature is working properly. I assure you we will get to the bottom of this. Just to clarify, is this happening on both devices? Is the software up to date on them? When did this start?
