We found out (after we upgraded) that the Family companion is not compatible with the Samsung S8. I've seen in other posts that some of the monitoring features are supposed to be available but the website/dashboard only says she has been on the phone for 27 minutes which is completely incorrect.
How do I get app usage without the Companion app? Instagram isn't even on the list of apps and she has been on every day.
What product is recommended for locking the phone remotely since the companion app is not compatible?
Without these 2 features, it is not worth the monthly fee.
