It seems the Verizon message notification is not showing in the status bar. I've checked the settings in the app as well as in the phone setting and am to be correct. I've restarted the phone and still nothing. Notification sound is working fine. Any suggestions?

Please check your notification settings in Main Menu>Settings within the app and make sure you have checked all the notification related boxes. Hope this helps!
