I am very frustrated with using parental controls on my daughters blackberry.....No matter what I try to do.....Family locater, content filters, or time limitations.....the same message always comes up that the device is not eligible.....Help! I will have to get her another phone and spend additional money if I can't do these things
Usage controls are not available for smartphones. The only smartphone that allows usage controls is the Droid Incredible 2, and they do not work with the newer data plans.
