My mom uses the verizon parental controls and when i use the apps it tells me im "offline". For example, when i used spotify it told me i was offline, i thought uninstalling it would fix it but now i cant even log in. it always tells me to "connect to the internet", please fix this.
We're sorry to hear that you're having problems with some apps. Do you know if your mom is restricting your access to the internet/some apps using parental controls?

I am not the original poster but am experiencing this “offline” error with our child’s phone and Spotify. I specifically have Spotify marked as Allowed in the content filter. I can log in on parent phone but not with child phone (web browser or app of Spotify). Uninstalled and restarted phone. Reinstalled app with no change.
