Phantom voice mails

Does anyone else receive marketing calls that go directly to voice mail and never ring on the phone? There is no option that I can see to block these calls. Any ideas how to stop them?

Thanks, but to do this it need to know the number and it always shows up as unknown. Plus, as I mentioned, it goes straight to my voicemail and my phone never rings.

Thanks for those details, they really help a lot. I have great news for you. We have a feature called Family Base. You can block up to 20 numbers, as well as restricted, unknown, or private numbers. Normally this feature is $4.99 per month, but we have a promotion currently that gives you the first month free. A month may be all that is needed for these calls to stop.
