Hello
I want to use verizon message from the vzw web portal - not app. I cannot get the device registered under managed devices. So i am having difficulty seeing prior conversations. I cannot see the detail texting conversations with this new account and phone. This process works perfectly fine with an iphone in my account but not this one. Any suggestions how can get this setting to register my new galaxy phone?

Are you signed into the MyVerizon account login associated with the Galaxy phone?
