I have activated and used Verizon messaging for my Ipad and desk top for a few months now...recently many all

text messages from certain phone #"s will not show. These are family #'s so I know that they are not being blocked.

What might be the problem and how do I fix it?

Did these family members recently get iPhones?  If they are using iMessages to text, then it won't show on Verizon Messages.

We have a combination of both..but nothing new in this past year. And the odd thing is all of the  messages showed up initially but now, a good 1/3rd from many family and friends do not.

We've gone thru the Apple updates and other makes too..maybe that was it.
